It’s fair to say that storms are a common occurrence in the Brisbane area, and goes hand in hand with our climate. The thing which keeps you dry, and cool – your roof is often neglected and seen as something which shouldn’t need maintenance. However, the truth is different.

Tiled roofs require maintenance every 10 yrs or so.

But what happens in a storm? The roof is your front-line defence against all the things that mother nature can throw at us. In a storm, tiles can be broken or shifted, valley gutters can be blocked with debris and loose ridge capping can be potentially lifted off the roof entirely. Many things can happen out of our control that can cause roofs to leak.

The good news is that we can be prepared for the worst.
